In the present Writ Petition, Mr.Sabrad, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner (Original Plaintiff) has challenged the order dated 07/11/2014 passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Niphad below Exhibit-24 in Regular Civil Suit No.94 of 2014. 2.

It is pointed out by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner that the said Regular Civil Suit No.94 of 2014 has been withdrawn and, accordingly, on 10/12/2018 the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Niphad, passed the following operative order in Regular Civil Suit No.94 of 2014 : "1. Suit stands disposed off, as withdrawn.

2. Counter-claim stands dismissed.

3. In the circumstances, parties to bear their own costs.

4. Decree be drawn accordingly."

In view of this Writ Petition has become infructuous and, therefore, the same is disposed of.
