Petitioner's contention is that respondent no. 5 has not taken any decision on various representations made by respondent no 7 school in regard to making payment of the dues/balance amount payable to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, we are of the view this this petition deserves to be disposed of by directing the Education Officer, 5th respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on the various communications made by respondent no. 7 school to him.
