It is pointed out that during the pendency of this application, the chargesheet has been filed against the applicant. Application for bail was preferred by the applicant before the Sessions Court prior to filing of chargesheet and same was rejected vide order dated 18th December, 2018. In view of the fact that chargesheet has been filed after the rejection of application for bail before the Sessions Court, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer an application for bail before the Sessions Court. 2.
