Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. The parties have settled their dispute amicably and have filed consent terms dated 7th January, 2015. By the said consent terms, the parties have agreed to withdraw all allegations made against each other and their respective family members and have further agreed to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent. As a consequence thereof, the appellant and the respondent herein have agreed for setting aside the judgment dated 22.10.2008 passed by the Family Court. The appellant has agreed to pay to the respondent a lumpsum amount of Rs.50,50,000/- (Rupees fifty lacks and fifty thousand) as a full and Uday S. Jagtap

The parties have further agreed that the payment of Rs.35,000/- towards monthly maintenance of the respondent shall cease on payment of Rs.50,50,000/- In terms of clause 6 of the consent terms, the appellant has handed over a demand draft to the respondent-wife.

The Consent Terms are signed by the appellant and respondent along with their respective Counsel. Both the appellants and respondent are present in the Court. On specific query made by us, they have stated that they have gone through the consent terms and understood the contents therein. They have further stated that the Family Court Appeal be disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertaking given in the consent terms is accepted.

The Family Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms, dated 7th January, 2015. Decree be drawn as per the consent terms.
