Perused the report dated 28.01.2016 sent by the learned District Judge-5 & Addl. Sessions Judge, Kalyan with respect to the S.C.No.112/2013. In the report, the learned Judge has stated that he would conclude the trial within a period of three months. No further orders are required to be passed in the said case. The prosecution to ensure that the accused is produced on all the dates given by the learned Sessions Judge. The Police Commissioner, Thane (Head Quarter) to ensure that

APPLN 3-16.doc the Applicant in C.R.No.I-28 of 2013 registered with the Ramnagar Police Station, Dombivali (S.C.No.112/2013) which is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan is produced on every date as directed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Registry as well as the learned APP to communicate the said order to the Police Commissioner, Thane (Head Quarter) and the learned Sessions Judge, Kalyan. Registry to also communicate the said order to the Applicant, who is in jail.
