2) Ms. Shinde, learned APP on instructions from Police Inspector, Barshi City Police Station submitted that, the Petitioner is an accused in Crime No.590 of 2018, registered with Barshi City Police Station. The Petitioner is absconding since the date of lodgment of present crime i.e. on 28th October, 2018.

In view thereof, we see no reason to entertain the present Petition.

3) Petition is accordingly dismissed in limine.
