His identity has been established in the Court by referring to the Aadhar card produced by him. The respondent inform that he is not desirous of engaging the services of any counsel and he state that he has no objection if the Hindu Marriage Petition filed by him vide HMP No. 1288/2018 in the Court of Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Kalyan is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Sangli. In the wake of the said statement, the relief sought by the applicant to transfer the said Petition deserves to be made absolute. Tilak

2/2 37 MCA 51-21.doc Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to transfer the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 1288 of 2018 preferred by the Respondent and pending before the Court of Learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli. On the application being allowed, the Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Kalyan shall take immediate steps to transmit the HMP No.1288/2018 pending on its file to the Court of Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Sangli, forthwith.
