This Interim Application is taken out seeking to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Appellant. Mr. Patil submits that the Appellant passed away on 4th August 2021 and the present application has been taken out on 30th December 2021. He submits that the Supreme Court has kept in 1/2

35-ia-18295-2022.doc abeyance limitation period in view of Covid pandemic. Same was kept in abeyance since 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022. Thus, there is no delay in filing this application. In view of that, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
