a) The impugned judgment and order dated 3rd February 1999 in Sessions Case No. 98 of 1996 passed by the learned Sessions Judge Pune is hereby set aside only to the extent to which the Appellant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code and the Appellant is acquitted of the offence alleged under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code.
