1. None appears for the petitioner. Office noting shows that the applicant has not taken any steps to serve respondent no.1. This position has continued since September 2016. ON 4 th January, 2017 a last chance was given to serve respondent no.1 and the matter was listed on 6 th February, 2017.

Thereafter the matter is listed on 1 st July, 2017. Once again the applicant and his Advocate was absent.

2. In the circumstances, it appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing this application. Hence, I pass the following order:- (i) Application is dismissed.

(ii) In view of the disposal of the application no.7501 of 2005, application no.2 of 2013 which seeks restoration of the Criminal Application no.7501 of 2005 is also dismissed.
