We find that the main prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider his representations dated 22.6.2012, 7.8.2012 and 7.9.2012 in regard to his claim for higher pay scale and arrears of the pay on the post of Librarian. Having regard to the aforesaid prayer, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to examine petitioner's claim as made in the aforesaid representations and take appropriate decision in regard to his claims in accordance with law. Let the aforesaid representations be decided within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
