The petitioner prays for various reliefs. They claim that under license granted by the Corporation, they are selling food items on the subject road. Learned Counsel submits that a representation to this effect has been filed with the competent authorities. 2.
Learned Counsel appearing for Corporation submits that petitioners would be entitled to carry on their business strictly in accordance with the
2/2 23wp2735.17.sxw license and the guidelines framed by the Corporation. On the issue of the Street Vendors Act, learned Counsel submits that implementation is in process. Learned Counsel for the Corporation submits that Petitioners are entitled to carry on their business upto 10.00 p.m. , but not beyond that. Learned Counsel for petitioners accepts the said proposal. 3.
In the facts, we observe that in case any representation of petitioners is pending with the authorities, the same be dealt with accordingly.

With aforesaid observations and directions, Writ Petition is disposed of.
