Ms.Kavita Salunke, AGP for Respondent.

----- CORAM :

B.R. GAVAI AND RIYAZ I. CHAGLA, JJ.

DATE : 31st JULY 2017 ORDER:

1.

The application has been taken out by the applicant seeking recall of the order passed by this Court on 10th July 2017 to the extent of issuing of Show Cause Notice to the applicant. 2.

At the outset, we may state that the Court derives no pleasure in issuing such unpleasant orders. The Bench and the Bar are two wheels of golden chariot of institution of administration of justice.

502-caw 1833-17 in caw 1559-17 in wp 5382-17 None is superior and none is inferior. Unless both of them have mutual respect for each other, the work of administration of justice cannot be effectively rendered.

3.

In any case, since the applicant has shown remorse and tenders his apology, we do not propose to proceed further with the matter. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Notice issued to applicant Ghanshyam Upadhyay stands recalled.
