Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that during pendency of this application, now the charge-sheet is filed and in the changed circumstances, the Applicant desires to approach the trial Court for his release on bail. He further prays that bail application should be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Considering this prayer and considering the changed circumstances, the permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to make an application for bail before the trial Court for his release on bail in the changed circumstances of filing of charge-sheet. If any such bail application is preferred by the Applicant it shall be decided expeditiously by the trial Court.
