This is an application for expediting the hearing and final disposal of Criminal Appeal No.21/2008.

The present application was preferred by the appellant prior to his death. The appellant expired on 07.07.2017 and the application preferred by his legal heirs for pursuing the appeal has been allowed by this Court today. As the appeal is of the year 2008, the Registry is directed to place the appeal on final hearing board in the week commencing from 23.04.2018 as per its own turn.
