Twice the matter was called out and the name of counsel for the applicant is flashed on the electronic notice board, however, nobody has attended the matter. The application for quashing is pending since 2017.

Learned APP on instructions informs that the applicant is already charge-sheeted to which there is no challenge in the application.

In the aforesaid background, the application stands disposed of.

If the charge is already not framed, same be framed within period of four weeks.

It shall be open for the applicant to apply for discharge or seek for quashing of the charge-sheet by taking out fresh proceedings, which prayer be decided without being influenced by the disposal of the present application.
