Heard the learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.

The petitioner herein has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court and challenged the order dated 27/12/2018 whereby the learned Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune has rejected the stay application filed in appeal challenging the disqualification order dated 06/12/2018.

The appeal is pending before the Additional Commissioner, Pune. The learned AGP makes a statement that by-elections will not be held till the appeal is decided on merits by the Additional Commissioner. 1/2
