DATE : 4 OCTOBER 2021 P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the Respondents have drawn our attention to the prayers made by the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 3143 of 2021 working as Civil Judge, Junior Division which is identical to the Writ Petition No.5494 of 2021 filed by the Maharashtra State Judges Association. In fact, the Association has

42.WP 5494.21.doc filed a Petition after, as we are informed, the Court had expressed that the individual Judicial Officer may not have a locus. 2.

In the light of the fact that the Maharashtra State Judges Association has now espousing the same cause, it is not necessary to keep the Writ Petition No. 3143 of 2021 filed by an individual Judicial Officer pending.

The Writ Petition No. 3143 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

Liberty to the Respondents to file their reply affidavits in Writ Petition No. 5494 of 2021. To enable them to do so, stand over to 18 October 2021.
