1] The judgment dated 2nd May 2019 in Writ Petition No.2784 of 2018 does not show that pending FIR were transferred in the said matter. Operative part shows the criminal cases being transferred to the Special Court for trial. 2] Smt. A.S. Pai, learned APP appear for respondent No.1 and Mr.H.S. Vinegoankar, learned counsel appear for respondent No.2.

3] Learned APP has raised a preliminary objection. According to her, there are large number of investors and their FIR/grievances need to be enquired into by concerned Dinesh Sherla 1/2

9-cri-wp-10-19.doc local police station. Without prejudice to the objection raised, she urges that such request for transfer if can be made, should come only after charge-sheet is fled by respective police station in the matter.

4] Keeping all contentions of all parties open, we dispose of the petition by granting liberty to the petitioners to move again after the investigation is complet and charge-sheets are fled.
