There is no compliance of the directions issued by this Court on 09.01.2019. Further, opportunity was granted to the Petitioner to file affidavit. Ultimately, on 25.01.2019, the matter was directed to stand over to 15.04.2019 under the caption of "dismissal". 2.

Ms. Shaba Khan, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out that though they have made efforts to contact the Petitioner, they have not succeeded in the efforts. She places on record two letters dated 23.01.2019 and 13.04.2019 in order to indicate the efforts made by her to contact the Petitioner.

In the aforesaid circumstances, there is no point in keeping this petition pending. This petition is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to Sneha Chavan 1/2
