1] Mr. Godbole, learned counsel for the appellant states that Mr. Parag Shigvan, the authorised representative of the appellant has instructed Advocate Mr. Chirag Shah, who appears along with Mr. Godbole to state that the appellant seeks leave to withdraw L.C. Suit No. 3466 of 2016, since, the owner of the premises which have been licensed to the appellant and in which, the structures which are the subject matter of the impugned notice are situated, has already applied for regularization / retention of such structures to the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.

The suit stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3] In view of disposal of the suit, this appeal from order does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
