By a reasoned Order dated 05.01.2018, the Applicant was granted an interim relief.
The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that in furtherance of the Order dated 05.01.2018, the Applicant has deposited a said sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- in the Registry of this Court. He tendered on record the receipt dated 12.01.2018 issued by the Registry of this Court in that behalf. In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 05.01.2018, is hereby confirmed.
However, the Applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and to join the process of investigation till the submission of final report. Sneha Chavan 1/2
24 aba 8-18=.doc It is needless to mention that before calling upon the Applicant to the Police Station the Investigating Officer shall issue a notice under Section 160 of the Cr.P.C. to the Applicant.
