The applications are filed through jail. By these applications, the applicant has prayed that photocopies of the paper book be supplied to him.

In the aforesaid appeal, Shri I.M.Koparkar-Advocate has already been appointed through Legal Aid Committee to represent the appellant. The advocate is always at liberty to take paper-book from the Registry. A copy of the same, therefore, cannot be given to the Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

17 APPA 1169 and 95.17.doc applicant. In the event, the applicant decides to appoint private lawyer, in that case, the said lawyer is at liberty to apply for paper book and, on such application, the Registry shall provide the same to him. 3.

In the light of the above order, the criminal applications are dismissed.
