This civil application is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.3. There is a delay of 1 year and 153 days in taking out the present civil application. The delay is explained in para 5 of the civil application. For the reasons stated, the delay is condoned and the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the second appeal to be served on the newly added Respondents. The Applicant - Appellant shall remove all office objections and have the second appeal numbered.
