This is an Application forwarded by the Convict - Mukesh Kushpal Sharma @ Kabir Hussain Noor Isalm Suleman Sardar, who is presently lodged in Amravati Central Prison as Convict No.5080 with a prayer of early hearing of the Appeal.

Perusal of the record shows that the Applicant - Mukesh Kushpal Sharma @ Kabir Hussain Noor Isalm Suleman Sardar submitted a Criminal Application No.1105/2018 in Criminal Appeal No.769/2018 for bail and Aarti Palkar 1/2

By detailed order dated 7th September, 2018, Division Bench of this Court was pleased to reject the Application and in Paragraph 8 of the order, it was observed by the Division Bench that the Appeal is expedited and it is to be taken alongwith Appeals of the year 2011 or 2012. 3.

In view of these facts, the Appeal would certainly be listed for hearing alongwith Appeals of 2011 or 2012. As such, we see no reason to entertain this application.
