Learned Counsel on instructions of the petitioner present in person prays for withdrawal of this petition. He, however, requests that as his son is studying in 12th Standard, he may be retained in the present place of posting till 15th April, 1/2

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted an undertaking duly signed by the petitioner that he shall join the new place of posting at Shimla on 15th April, 2018. The undertaking is taken on record and marked as Exh.X for identification. Learned Counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that they do not oppose this request of the petitioner to continue in the present place of posting till the petitioner joins the new place of posting at Shimla on 15th April, 2018.

In this view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to join at his new place of posting at Shimla on 15th April, 2018 till which time the petitioner would continue at the present place of posting subject to what is mentioned hereinabove. 4.
