Heard the petitioner in person. This writ of Habeas Corpus was filed essentially seeking on the ground that he did not know the whereabouts of his sister namely Shobha Agarwal and sought for her production. In the meantime, the petitioner avk 1/2

3-WP-13-2019.doc submits that pursuant to the directions issued by this court, the police traced out out his sister and his sister Shobha Agarwal has also come and met the petitioner and consequently, the petitioner has no cause of grievance in the matter. The purpose of filing of the present writ of Habeas Corpus no longer survives. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.

We put on record the appreciation of efforts taken by the Police Sub-Inspector Ms.Manjushri Ghule in tracing out the missing sister of the petitioner.
