Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By a detailed order dated 12 January 2022, interim protection was granted to the Applicant, inter alia on the condition of attendance.

39-aba-9-2022 states that the investigation is at a concluding stage. He therefore submits that appropriate orders may be passed. 4.

In view of specific submission made on behalf of the State and for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 12 January 2022, the Criminal Application is disposed of in terms of the said order which is made absolute, subject to the condition that the Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required and shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
