Heard the learned APP for the State.

By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks for a direction for expedite hearing of MPID Case No.5 of 2019.

None appears for the petitioner.

The record indicates that on the previous date also none had appeared for the petitioner.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the trial has commenced and the prosecution has till date examined eight witnesses and the Investigating Officer, who would be 1/2

In view of the aforesaid development, there is no propriety in entertaining the petition and keeping it pending. 7.

Petition stands disposed.

The Special Judge is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the trial in MPID Case No.5 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
