Having heard learned Counsel for petitioner and learned AGP for State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No. 2-Education Officer(Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide proposal dated 25/10/2016 sent by the Head Master of respondent No. 4-Sadhana Vidyalaya & Junior College Tawashi, Taluka Pandharpur, District Solapur regarding approval to the Petitioner's post as Shikshan Sevak(a copy of which is annexed at Exh. B page 31) as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. Talwalkar 1/2

59.wp326.18.doc We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and Respondent No. 2 shall decide the said representation independently, on its own merits and in accordance with law. All points and contentions of respective parties are kept open. In order to enable respondent No. 2 to comply with this order, the Petitioner shall remain present before respondent No. 2 on 9/4/2018 alongwith a copy of the said proposal as well as a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.

All concerned shall act upon the copy of this order duly authenticated by the Registry of this Court.
