2] This application is filed for the following reliefs:- (a) this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the Applicant herein to make a temporary alternate arrangement for accommodation of the petitioner above named, pending hearing and final disposal of her Divorce Petition bearing NO.A/630/2014 pending before the Family court No.4, at Bandra, Mumbai.

6 caw 326 of 2018 (b) Ad-interim/interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (a) above may please be granted.

3] At the outset itself, it has to be stated that this application is not at all maintainable. Whatever order was passed by this court in W.P. No.10696 of 2017, was only till the decision of the petition pending before the Family Court.

4] Now, if the petition pending before the Family Court is decided, it gives an independent cause of action, this application cannot be maintainable at all. Hence, stands disposed off. [DR.SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.] 2/2
