After this Writ Petition was aruged for some time, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner sought leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the DRT under Section 17 of the Securitisation And Reconstruction of Financial Assets And Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 for redressal of his grievances.
