Mr. Sawant, learned A.G.P., on instructions of Mr. Rajesh Kankal, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Palghar, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that Respondent No.2, i.e. the Education Officer, will withdraw the impugned order dated 7th December 2015, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit 'M' (Page No.95) to the Petition and consider the Petitioners' applications afresh for granting approval within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted. 2.
