Mr.Bhargude, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 & 2 states that both the signatories i.e. the respondent no.1 and the respondent no.2 are authorised to sign the consent terms and undertake to produce a copy of resolution within one week from today. Undertaking is accepted.

Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Undertakings, if any, recorded in the consent terms are accepted.

Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No order as to costs.
