P.C. :- 1] Mr. Rahul Shinde, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, makes a statement that the sole petitioner has expired on 25 October 2015.

2] Today, since none appears for the erstwhile petitioner, the matter is adjourned to 22 August 2016, so as to enable the legal representatives to be brought on record. However, if by 22 August 2016, no steps are taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner, then this petition will stand dismissed for non-prosecution without any further reference to this Court.
