Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for State.

By an order dated 5/12/2014, this Court had directed the applicant to be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- and one or two sureties in the like amount. It was further directed that the applicant be released on cash bail of Rs. Talwalkar 1/2

913.appp1.15.sxw 15,000/- for a period of four weeks and shall furnish sureties within four weeks.

Today the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that despite sincere efforts, the applicant could not furnish sureties within four weeks and therefore, prays for extension of time. Time as prayed for is granted by way of last chance. Time for furnishing sureties is extended by 3 weeks from today.
