This is an application filed by the original appellant arising out of dispute in relation to property tax. The applicant has explained the delay of 229 days in paragraphs 4 to 10 of the application.

Considering the reasons stated therein, it appears that the delay caused was not with mala fide intention. 3.

Learned advocate for the respondent/corporation objected for condonation of delay by submitting that sufficient cause is not made out. However, considering the reasons stated in paragraphs 4

The interim application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
