Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the sole appellant - Sanjay Laxman Adhav expired during the pendency of appeal. Learned counsel submits that though the hard copy of death certificate was not made available to her, the death certificate has been forwarded to her on whatsapp yesterday only and she would place on record hard copy of death certificate within one week from today. The statement made by the learned counsel is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. In view of the submission of learned counsel, subject to placing on record by her the hard copy of death certificate, the appeal is disposed of as abated.
