Time to comply with the order dated 14th February, 2020 is extended by ten weeks, by way of a last chance, subject to cost of Rs.3000/- to be deposited in the present proceedings before such conversion to Second Appeal is effected.

In case if the cost is not deposited, the present interim application be termed to have been rejected without further reference to the Court and as such order granting conversion of the Writ Petition into Second Appeal shall cease to operate. 3.

Needless to clarify that the respondent shall be at liberty to withdraw the cost.
