Applicant is already protected by interim order dated 4.1.2019 by this court. It is the case of prosecution that, applicant has attended Investigating officer as directed. This court by granting interim protection has specifically observed that, from the documents involved in the crime sale and possession deed of the vehicle, purchase of stamp paper in the name of complainant and the cost of vehicle if compared - Page-1/2

Nalawade 11-aba-6-19.doc with model of vehicle, applicant is found to be falsely implicated and on observing above, passed interim directions. 3.

Today learned APP on instruction was asked specific query if any evidence is collected against applicant contravening any of the provisions of Money Lending Act to which on instructions APP. had contended that since investigation is in progress till today there is no such specific evidence against this applicant establishing his involvement in contravening provisions of Money Lending Act, 2014. In view of above stated facts, as the investigation is in progress and interim order in force is likely to be confirmed as rest of the offences invoked against applicant under Indian Penal Code are bailable. Application is allowed as per order below.

Interim order dated 4.1.2019 stands confirmed with directions to applicant to attend Investigating officer as and when called till filing of charge sheet.
