The appellant had preferred this appeal, i.e. Appeal No.582 of 2015, through Jail. Hence, Advocate Ms. Nasreen Ayubi from the High Court Legal Aid Panel was appointed to represent the appellant. 2.

In the present application, the applicant has stated that his family members have contacted private Advocate Shri. Debjyot Talukdar and 1/2 APPA-7-16.doc

Advocate Talukdar is ready to defend him in Criminal Appeal No.582 of 2015. Today Advocate Talukdar is present before us. He states that he will file V.P. in the appeal within a period of two weeks. Statement is accepted. 3.

In view of the above, the appointment of Ms. Nasreen Ayubi is cancelled.
