This application is for fixing an early date for hearing of Second Appeal No. 249 of 1996 on the ground that the applicant is a senior citizen.

ORDER

(i) Hearing of Second Appeal No. 249 of 1996 is expedited in the category of Senior Citizen.

(ii) Office is directed to place Second Appeal No. 249 of 1996 for final hearing in the weekly board in the category of senior citizen as per its turn.
