This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the criminal revision application. The delay is of 218 days in filing the criminal revision application. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no plausible explanation for the inordinate delay in filing the revision application. However, in the interest of justice the delay needs to be condoned on depositing a cost of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within a week.
