Learned Counsel for the Respondents states that the grievance of the Petitioner that the Tahasildar appointed as the officer under Section 14(1)(a) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 is not executing the order dated 07.08.2019 shall be satisfied within two weeks. Learned Counsel assures that the Tahasildar, Thane shall execute the said order within two weeks from today.
