No.550 of 2022 dated 15th October, 2022 registered with Kolsewadi Police Station, Kalyan District Thane, the police have submitted "B Summary Report" on 22nd February, 2022 in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan. 2) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner is therefore having remedy to contest the said report by following necessary procedure as contemplated under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure. 3) In view of the above, present Petition for transfer of investigation does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
