This is an application for condonation of delay of 235 days in filing the application for leave to file appeal. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

The note put up by the registry indicates that respondent No.1 is duly served. Despite service none appears for respondent No.1.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to condone the delay subject to condition that the applicant shall pay a cost of Rs.5000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee. 5.

It is made clear that payment of cost shall be the
