FINAL ORDER :

On hearing the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as the limited issue raised is that though the Petitioner has Validity Certificate, but the same is not in the prescribed Form-G appended to the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of )Certificate Rules, 2003. Therefore, in the view of the settled position of law and Rule so prescribed, we are inclined to direct the Respondent to issue certificate in the prescribed Form-G as early as possible and preferably within six weeks. The Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
