The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed on record a letter addressed to him by the Petitioner which is taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. In view of the statements made in the letter, he seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. We make it clear that notwithstanding the disposal of this Petition, the Tahsildar, Malshiraj shall proceed to consider representation dated 31st December, 2016 in accordance with law.
