The petitioner's grievance is that in accordance with the direction given by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai, dated 15.7.2013 (Exh. L), the necessary documents were not provided to the petitioner. The petitioner claims to be member of Nirmal Punyadarshan Chandravila Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Mumbai.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3 submits that the directions issued consequent to the order passed by the Deputy Registrar on 24.3.2014 are the subject matter of appeal before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai. The petitioner is one of the respondents in appeal. The appeal is listed for hearing on 25.8.2015.

We find that the issue regarding supplying of the documents to the petitioner is subject matter of the appeal.

2 wp7343.14.odt Therefore, no interference is warranted at this stage. After hearing all the contesting parties, the Divisional Joint Registrar to decide the appeal on its own merits as expeditiously as possible. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
