Heard. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has been disqualified by the respondent/Collector and desires to challenge the said order independently.

The petitioner's application for grant of certificate as Koli Mahadev is said to be pending before the Sub Divisional Officer, Alibag. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the said application, we direct the Sub Divisional Officer, Alibag to pass appropriate order on the said application within three weeks from today on its own merits and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

With aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take out appropriate proceeding against the disqualification order independently.
